Véritable institution en Principauté, le Rampoldi, étoilé Michelin depuis 2021, a été fondé en 1946. Situé dans le Carré d’Or, à deux pas des jardins du Casino, ce fleuron gourmand, fermé depuis quatre ans, a rouvert ses portes en 2016. .

Dans un esprit Belle Époque, la salle principale constitue la partie brasserie, où sont servis des classiques revisités. Plafonds décorés, lustres en verre de Murano, marbre de Carrare, tout respire le raffinement dans ce lieu magique.

A l’image de l’ambiance du Rampoldi New York, le troisième restaurant du groupe MC Hospitality (qui comprend également Casa Limone) a ouvert ses portes en septembre dernier. Un projet avec l’ambition de recréer le gastronomie de Monaco et l’esprit de la Côte d’Azur…
